Start with a conversation, not a proposal document
Law firms are usually approached with a forty page deck and a discovery call. We would rather have fifteen minutes about what your firm does, which work you want more of, and what your current site is failing to do.
You will speak to Daniel Stoychev, who does the building and the search work. Anything touching the SRA Transparency Rules or your regulatory information gets checked against the rules rather than guessed at, and if we are unsure we will tell you we are unsure.
Who answers and what happens next
Email tends to suit firms best, and it is the channel we watch most closely in office hours. A message sent during the working day is usually answered the same day.
The phone is answered by the person doing the work, so you can ask a technical question and get a technical answer rather than a callback.
Nothing is ever sent to your clients, and nothing about your firm goes into a case study without written permission. If you want a mutual NDA before we look at anything, ask and we will sign one.
